They do if the priority date is current. I think you are confusing your case with, for example, a CR-1 case where the priority date is always current and they get their interviews very soon after being DQ.

Hmmm but i am still confused..... if visa bulletin of January says 1FEB 2007 and says

Numbers are authorized for issuance only for applicants whose priority date is earlier than the final action date listed below.” Our PD is earlier than feb 2007..... doesn’t that mean our PD became current on January?

No, it does not. You still have to wait for your PD to be current for a visa to be available. Sending stuff to the NVC just saves time - you do this in advance so that your file is all good to go when the PD does become current. Since the PD did not move from February to March this year one must assume that the category is massively oversubscribed. You could be waiting at the NVC for a year.

Your data collection date is current,

I was checking the visa bulletins, In January, I see that visa were current for  01FEB 2007 but in February however the date goes back to 1JULY 2006.... i dont understand....please help me understand

  3. Through this site, I came to know that people contacted NVC for CSPA review.

I am a derivative beneficiary under FB4 category and although I am 21+, i am protect under CSPA. I was able to pay my IV fees and submit documents. And I didn’t contact NVC for any reviews.....

My question is now how do I prove at interview that I’m protected under CSPA? Are there any additional documents needed? Do I need to notify NVC to inform Embassy? Is it automatic?

also found out from here that cspa children are given cspa worksheets in interviews........ Do I need to Inform Embassy before the interview about this?

  4. I submitted all the required documents on FEB 18th 2020. But I haven't got any emails or anything confirming their receipt.

Considering all the documents meet the standard, how long should we wait to get case complete notice? and how long should we wait for an interview? Our interview will be in Kathmandu, Nepal.

Please share your experience on wait times.

  5. I currently have a non-immigrant visa (B1-B2). I am intending to travel to
the United States in June 2020 with my B1-B2 visa.
But in the meantime, I might be getting an immigrant visa before June.
Will having an immigrant visa revoke my non-immigrant visa?
I am not traveling to the United States with an intention to immigrate in
June. Furthermore, in order to immigrate to the United States, I would have
to travel with my mother because she is the principal applicant to the
immigrant visa of which I am a derivative beneficiary. And my mother is not
    travelling with me in June.
