      Hi! i was searching for an answer with regards to the use of Petition of Pressumptive Death to acquire a US visa particularly K3, i found ur answer to a similar topic interesting wherein u said "as long as there's an annotation on the MC that it is void and nulled, a person will surely be approved of the US visa." I want to know sir/ ma'am if u have undergo the same process because everybody's answers seemed to go the opposite while urs is the only positive answer ...

      ate ask ko lang..ngwork ako sa malaysia for 3 months kasi ginawa kmi illegal ng agency namin,kaya kami nag run away at stay kami sa phil embassy for 2 months, file kmi case sa malaysia at dito sa atin last 2008,march kmi owi, at close case namin by april, 2009..reciv na ako ng noa2 ,hanapan ba ako sa interview ng police clearance from malaysia?
