  1. Hi Ladywhite

Thanks for your reply, am very happy today, as received packet 3 from USE Malaysia, there is something I wanna verify, hope you can help.

FIRST: Complete and return immediately to this office Form DS-230 Part I and Part II, Immigrant Visa Application - Biographic Data along with a copy of your passport (1st biographic page only), and statement. This office cannot process your case until they are received.

SECOND: Obtain the following documents in this checklist. Check off the box next to each document as you obtain it. Then, return to us only this checklist along iwth completed and signed "Applicant Statement." Do not send the original documents to us at this time-you will bring them on the day of your itnerview, along with photocopies

from the sentence above, I just need to return USE

    1) DS-230 Part I (no need for Part II, right?)

    2) Copy of my passport

    3) Applicant statement

    4) checklist

Please let me know if I needed more to return. Thanks again.

  2. I created a gmail address just for him (used to be hotmail), and I do save all the emails that I sent to him and received from him, so when I see inbox(1), I am pretty sure it's his replies. Gmail is good, as it does save all the emails that you sent, so I can still read back what I wrote to him, and what he replied me, very sweet to read it back especially when I miss him. Besides, I do save all the chatting words in MSN, as we used to IM each other. When I read it, I will smile from my heart, read what we said to each other when we started our relationship till now. Wow, I just miss him too much, hope everything goes good, so I can see him very soon. Yeah, I keep cards and gifts that sent by him too, wow, I keep everything from him, as very good memories.

And I do hope more applications will get approved soon, as I know how you guys feel of missing your love.

  3. Hi, I am waiting for my packet 3 from USE, Kuala Lumpur, and I just want to know the US embassy will send the packet 3 by post to me, right? And I don't need to go to the USE in person to pick up the packet, right? As I live far away from Kuala Lumpur, and need to fly there. Please advice. Thanks.

  4. I already applied my police reports since I submitted my K1 petition in Apr'07. Police reports date are end of Apr for Malaysia and earlier of May for UK (I was studying in UK before for 4 years), I wondered is ok for me to present when I was at interview since the date is 5 or 6 months before? Do I need to apply another reports since I have not received packet 3 from the embassy yet?

    Please kindly advice. Thank you.

Depends on the validity of the police report. It can be anywhere from 3 months to 1 year. Your police reports need to be valid when you have your interview.

I did write to the US embassy in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and they replied and said all police reports are valid for one year from the date of the issuance. Is it the recent report will be better?

    Thanks again.
