Yeah, the new fees from Oct. 2nd are:
- Form I-485 ($1,130.00)
- Form I-130 ($550.00 online filers; $560.00 paper filers)
- Biometric Services ($30.00)
- Form I-765 ($550.00)
- Form I-131 ($590.00)
concurrent filing Form I-765 and I-131 with a pending Form I-485 will no longer be free of charge so it is more expensive. If you file 130 online though, you can save $10. https://www.sweetbeginningusa.com/2020/06/are-uscis-fees-going-up.html

Pay stubs, any document that proves your household income would help and they will possibly request the tax return transcript at your interview. An explanation letter won't hurt I believe! You need to meet the income requirement. https://www.sweetbeginningusa.com/2019/02/diy-i-485-adjustment-of-status-2019.html#tax

I agree with the other two comments, the instruction asks for "your" liabilities & debts instead of you and your household members, so only beneficiary's liabilities & debts would be needed.
See a list of liabilities and debts that will be needed here: https://diysimpleidea.blogspot.com/2020/06/i-944-liabilities-and-debts.html

If you don't have credit report, you need to provide evidence. It totally makes sense if you just arrived USA and have nothing to provide. You can show a page that shows no credit scores available and also provide some bills you paid on time before as evidence of good credits. Just provide as much as you can I think. Here are some more information

Yes, it is for beneficiary, the non-US citizen. In the instruction, it does say that if you don't have the required document, you just need to explain the reason with supporting documents.
