    Reason some believe K3 really doesn't help speedup I-130. But the argument still goes on.

    K3 seems to work at Vermont and Texas. That's from the anecdotal evidence I've seen on here.

    Those are just estimates according to data entry of people's approved petitions I believe. Don't worry too much about it.

    Oh, and whiles we wait for our NOA2s, I don't know if it's just me, but I get absolutely lost for words seeing June approvals.

    The best time to know where the case was actually processed is when the NOA2 comes in according to what I've read here.

    So I'd a chat with a live agent at USCIS concerning Vermont SC as to how some cases filed after March are getting approved. Live agent replied saying the processing times are just estimates and that the agents handling the cases play a role with how fast or slow they're ticking all the required boxes surrounding each case. Says my file is ready for review but not reviewed yet. Smh

    I don't think these SC really follow a particular guideline. It's as if they do things haphazardly. Like, why would you jump over March applications and open subsequent month(s) applications?

    Wondering why my SC (Vermont) will skip March applications and go on approving April/May ones. They should let this make sense sometimes.

    Yes, I heard the last batch of October interview letters were sent out this week and their interviews are in December.

    Hi everybody, do you think it's worth filing a K3 seven months after filing an I-130?

    I heard they're done with September 2020 and are yet to start issuing out October 2020 DQ IL. They're at a snail pace.
