So I'd a chat with a live agent at USCIS concerning Vermont SC as to how some cases filed after March are getting approved. Live agent replied saying the processing times are just estimates and that the agents handling the cases play a role with how fast or slow they're ticking all the required boxes surrounding each case. Says my file is ready for review but not reviewed yet. Smh
I don't think these SC really follow a particular guideline. It's as if they do things haphazardly. Like, why would you jump over March applications and open subsequent month(s) applications?
