    Any updates on your case?

    I got a 221g and it says application received non immigrant since Jan 01, 2020 with three updates till March 20, 2020

      No there has not been any updates. I have had the congressman reach out the embassy couple of times as well the only response we ever get is the case is still in administrative processing. The last response was that the embassy is still closed. This is such a difficult process. When did you get the 221g? Which embassy are you dealing with?

      Got a 221g in dec 2019

      sent out docs in two weeks 

      Mumbai embassy 

      I haven’t seen movement after March 20, 2020

      Yes you get your passport back along with a 'packet' that tells you not to open (this is for the DHS immigration official to open for when you do travel) .

    is k 1 included in the executive order ?

    Yes . It does say on the 221g to submit missing document with passport to any of the 11 drop locations

    fiancé issued 221g after her interview, requested to submit one additional document. document submitted with passport dec 23, 2019. checked ceac shows case created dec 30, 2019, case last updated jan 16, 2020. shows non immigrant visa application, says application received. anyone gone through this , what happens after this? please advice
