For those who are still wondering if it is the socalled "virus" that is preventing them from opening, well, I have news for you. The economy here has opened up completely since early May and every single business and schools are open. The only business closed are discos. Hell, even Bui Vien is open. 

Vietnam has one of the lowest number of cases in the world. Only like 327 cases.. So it aint the "virus" that is preventing them from opening completely. 

I don't understand why it is so hard for these lazy low IQ government employees to start emailing/sending packet 3? These people are just sitting in their chairs texting on their cell phones for the past 2 months instead of actually working and try to atleast do something useful."

Yeah, I feel your pain (albeit, just in part) regarding the waiting. However, no one has the right to tell you how you "should" feel about it, everyone is different and has different life experiences and what they are used to tolerating and what is very un-expected for them. Like so many people on here like to say "you can't compare your experience to someone else or your situation" I think that applies equally to not trying to get people to relate others emotions about a situation to their own view of it or ability to view it in a certain light. I can say for myself that I would give anything to be with my fiance during this time and if there was anything in my power to make it happen I would, I was literally packed and ready to go when the (Retardation-19) "Infected" the masses *Minds* and in such has caused the ban of travel literally days prior to me leaving to be with her of which I had booked and been waiting since 4 months prior, additionally, I lost a lot of my money spent, etc... and now even video chat is out of the question as there are so many people cluttering the cell towers being at home with nothing to do that the network just can't handle that much traffic while offering enough bandwidth to provide premium options to see each other or talk with video or voice. But that's just my experience. (Also not that it helps at all, but I work in a multi-national industry with co-workers in and from 20+ countries spread all over the world and various continents as well as each and every state in the US, all of the people I work with who they and/or their families have contracted Retardation-19 and Yes "tested positive, so it , really, really, was confirmed lol" have had what amounts to a severe cold, light flu and have sat at home binge watching netflix and youtube, most while still working remotely part time and returning to work, no worse for ware a couple weeks later, just my experience again and inconsequential as I am sure everyone will respond telling me all the severity and reasons why I should not say that, and trying to sight media driven statistics of why I should be "towing the line" also, of which doesn't impact me at all) anyways, I hope things speed up for you also, along with everyone else, I hope everyone the best. But it will be what it will be regardless of anyone's desires or wishes, unfortunately.
