  1. thank you so much. you always give me good advice. Yes, of course i will tell the doctor that I have been to a doctor and he told me there was nothing wrong with me, so I have never been to the doctor ever since. I am just sooo nervous about getting visa. I want to marry my fiance so much and we are planning to marry in march, so i really wanna get a visa by then. I applied in July and got NOA1 in August 6th. I am wondering how long it will take.

  2. last november, i felt very worried and got so much stress from my work and went to a psychologist. He talked to me and he told me that I was not sick or anything. I was just stressed out and got tired. so he told me to be relaxed. so at the medical check, what should i say? I went to the doctor but was not sick. ummm should I just say so? is it a problem to get a visa?

  3. I have a question about DS-156 Q38. I got a speeding ticket in May and paid fine. I wonder I have to say yes on arresting or conviction. I got one speeding ticket. I am really confused. My uncle who is a police officer said that speeding ticket is not considered crime. But, i wonder I have to say yes or not at the interview. What should i do? anyone knows? I got a speeding ticket in my homecountry, japan.

  4. I wonder how often K1 visa can be denied? And what are common reasons for deny? I have never done over stay. My boyfriend and I have been doing long distance since Sept2006. I finished my school in the US and came back to Japan and now i am getting working experience. He also got a career. And now we thought that it was time for us to get married so we filed in July 28th. We have been together since high school. I am sooo sooo worried.

  5. I checked California Service Center and they are processing Feburary 13th cases. But, I see some VJ members who applied in May have received NOA2 already. I wonder if California Service Center's update is not really correct. Anyone knows? I have heard that some people receive NOA2 within 3 months depending on their countries and petitioners. Please let me know. I applied in July 28th and got NOA1 on August 10th. VJ website says that I might recieve NOA2 on December 12th.

  6. I was reading the instructions for Form 1-129F. It said, Submit a completed and signed Form G-325A for you and a completed and signed from G-325A for your fiance. Except for bane abd signature, you do not have to repeat on the Biographical Information form the information given on your Form I-129F.

Does it mean that G325 is not too important? I filled out all parts and signed but I forgot to write I-129F. I just put I-129 which was wrong. Anyone knows?

In addition, I am totally confused. Both my fiance who is USC and I have to prove that we are both free to marry. He can simply send the copy of his birth certificate. Do I have to send my birth certificate? Does it really need? It is not on the check list. I did not send my birth certificate because i thought that i need it when i have an interview at the embassy. Anyone knows? I think that only if one of each or both of us have been married before, we have to send a proof that we are free to marry.

  7. I made two small mistakes after I already sent I-129F.

I forgot to write this G325 for I-129F. I wrote only I-129. In addition, the embassy I will apply for a visa is Tokyo. Not Osaka. What should I do? I have not recieved NOA1 yet. I just sent the package a week ago. Should I send new G325 and I-129? or should I call the immigration and ask them to correct? Please help me. I am sooo freaking out.

  8. My fiance who is American sent I-129 on 27th and was received on 28th. We are waiting for NOA1. However, since the fee was increased, many people have already filed applications. Do you guys think that it might be possible for us to marry by valentain's day? We are hoping to marry in Feb. I used to be a student at US with F1 visa. I graduated and went back to Japan last september after withdrewing the graduate program. I have heard that it is not good to file I-129 soon after a person finished school and returned to his or her home country. I was an exchange student for one year from 2000-2001 and from 2002 to 2006, I was F1 student. Does the immigration think that I stayed in the US too long?

  9. Thank you so much everyone. Actually, I did not really live those apartments. I mean I was living with my boyfriend and his family when I went to school. But, I did not have a car, so due to my class schedule and commute, I have to spend some nights at apartments and a dorm that my friends rented. I am planning to put his address as my main residency, but for my temporary addresses, i will list those address and explaind that I stayed a few nights per week due to my commute. However, should I say those places were rented by my friends? It seems that I have two addresses at once time. And when I went to Bank, the bank lady said I need to put those temporary addresses even though I would not live there. But, she said it is good to change my address which I did. But I stayed temporary at the address only for 3 months and I just spent a few nights. USCIS will go check my bank account and address? I am planning to send the bank document which showed my boyfriend address one. I do not know how that will work. I feel like INS will be so suspicious about them and might reject me. Please help me.

  11. I am planning to marry my American boyfriend. I am filling out G-325A now. The form asked me to list my last five years residence address. I was an international student and went to a community college and transfered to university. Before I transfered, I went back to Japan for 6 months and I moved several times while I was in college. If I list all the address, I will have to list 8 address including my dorm, apartments, and my home address. I called up apartments I used to live and they do not have my record anymore. Do I have to prove that I lived in those places? I have a copy of my personal check, tax report, etc. However, I wonder if those immigration people might check and make sure if I lived in those places? In addition, I used to work on campus and already have SSN. Does it effect my k-1 process? Please let me know.
