I just want to know ive been in 3 countries jordan qatar and uae, i got already the police clearance and i passed in ceac, the nvc already accepted it. In times of interview my police clearance are already expired , bec its only 6 months valid.do i need to get a new one during my interview? Or no need ? I didnt comeback anymore from the country that i mention. Im originaly from philippines. Pls enlighten me to make sure that i dont need a new one during my interview in embassy?thanks

I re submitted my police clearance since march 19 2020 bec it was rejected and until now they i didnt hear anything from nvc😔😔and  its already june.. 

Thats my problem also, my husband will get a letter to hr that he will include me in his health insurance once i come. Because i dont see any solution or any health insurance to gave me without ssn .

Just like me im waiting also i resubmit march 19 until now no feedback

It will not affect as i asked my attorney . Even the when u file unemployment,   Im also at the nvc stage im waiting to be d.q.

The name of my mother is different on my birthcertificate. Her real name is shirley then on my birth certificate is cerila, but in marriage certificate i put the real name of my mother. Shirley,There would be a problem in my interview?

Thats my problem also. And we even dont know when u will got the visa, but ive watch in you tube how to fill out the ds5540 and it help me to understand how it is.

So that good thing is if you are currently employed , also for the work history and it will added points to the consule?

yes, i submmitted all my documents in nvc in ceac and they didnt tell anthing about ds5540 for public charge. Only im waiting for d.q for my all document in ceac.

Yes u must get health insurance for sure not your insurance from work.

You will be covered by health insurance 30 days of your entry in the united states

i called today, they will have supervisor review it again. I called again same day, they said I need to send proof to NVC via inquiry form. So I’m going to wait for supervisor review hoping they will change it since I did send proof to USCIS & they would forward all docs to NVC.

I didn't send anything yet, I am afraid it will cause more delays. just waiting for supervisor review in couple of days. they said could be 6 wks but usually its done before that

how did you lawyer sent inquiry? Did the lawyer use Public inquiry form online?

Omg mybe also me it will be like that. My priority date is april 16,2019 . I cannot understand why they didnt upgrade from the uscis. Whats the sense of being a u.s citizen.😭
