    Yes the USCIS processing times on the website is what I have primarily been following which is why I was surprised when the USCIS representative on the phone said 2 years. Wondering if the representative has more of an accurate processing timeline or the one posted on their website. 

     

    My Timeline:

    Application recieved: Aug 8th 2019

    Priority Date: August 8th

    NOA 1: August 13th 2019

    Hi Friends,

    New to this group-submitted I-130. My PD is August 8th at Potomac Service Center. I called USCIS just to make sure I wasn't missing anything in the package of paperwork I sent and asked them for an estimated timeline for approval and the guy said 2 years or 1 year and 10 months. He said there was an influx of application submissions at the end of 2017 which has caused a slowdown. I honestly think I am being misinformed. Has anyone else recieved similar information?
