Sorry have been busy lately. My wife did everything in Singapore. I believe you can apply for the NBI Clearance at the Philippine Embassy. The Singapore police certificate will only be granted when you get the letter from the US Embassy and you have to show that letter to them. It's always better to get the vaccinations at the same time as your medical examination because the doctors will know which one you would need. My wife went to Dr. Thorne and Chin at Shaw Center. Hope this helps.

yes. my fiancee went last friday and she got it! she was asked to come back on the 26th to pick up the visa..

Sorry gyselle if I have a lot of questions. LOL. Did you get your medical records from Dr. Horne & Chin and brought it on your interview or did they forward it directly to the embassy? Thanks again for all of your help!

It takes longer over there and it's very strict. We also live about almost a couple of hrs from the embassy and the designated clinic. It will save us a lot of time to get it processed in Singapore since she's already been living there for about 4 years now and transportation is really easy.
