      Sorry have been busy lately. My wife did everything in Singapore. I believe you can apply for the NBI Clearance at the Philippine Embassy. The Singapore police certificate will only be granted when you get the letter from the US Embassy and you have to show that letter to them. It's always better to get the vaccinations at the same time as your medical examination because the doctors will know which one you would need. My wife went to Dr. Thorne and Chin at Shaw Center. Hope this helps.

    I received the packet 4 from the US Emb...thinking that we have gathered all docs together for the interview, here comes the Affidavit of Support, in packet 3 it says my fiance needs to fill up I134 which he did but on packet 4 it says I864, but if I am a DV applicant then use I134. What does DV applicant mean?

      yup.. parehas lang un for sure. pwede mo din sya tanungin. mamaya na flight nya pabalik ng pinas pagka pick up nung visa..

      Also, yung DV is Diversified Visa Lottery. Kaya I-864 ang nilagay nila kasi kahit Non Immigrant visa ang K1, pinoprocess sya as Immigrant visa kaya siguro parehas ang packet 4 na sinesend out. Just my 2 cents. :)
