It is the NOA for your son, your wife will get another NOA in her name, what is the amount of fee shown in the NOA of your son , is it the full amount you paid or just his bio fee?. I got a seperate NOA in my name showing the receipt of full amount i paid with my name and three weeks later i we got NOA for my child with her name in my c/o address and just the amount of bio paid for her.

There is not any fee on it at all, it says its a:

I-797C Notice of Action

It looks like just a notice to her son saying that the I-751 was filed and has him as a dependent and also says he can use it to work and travel. Will his Ukraine country let him travel without a visa and on this paper and an expired 2 yr green card? will they understand this? or they might detain him.

We received a Action Notice I-797C today addressed with my wifes sons name on it saying he can work and travel by just showing this document with his 2 yr green card that will expire soon.

My question is will the Ukraine let him fly back to USA with this document and a expired green card? and its not in Russian so will they understand it?

Also if he has it with him on traveling how will my wife travel and what will she show if he has the notice with him?

Has anyone ever run in to this?

Her son is 18 and they both travel separately at times from here and the Ukraine.

The I-797C looks like its for both of them addressed to him but has mother as the Principal?

I am sending the I-751 to day and i have a question for someone that has done this already with a child. I know i need to send the 80.00 per person for the Bio but do i need to pay 2 applacation fees if I am puting her son on the same I-751? He did come at the same time she did and is only 18 now?

The fee is 465.00 is this x 2?

I think most people seem to get it in a few weeks after the interview if you are approved. Some have to wait after interview due to the name check not being completed at that time.

Does anyone know how long it takes to get their green card after the 1st AOS interview. Someone told me that they said 2 weeks it would be in the mail but it has been 2 1/2 months and still did not recive it. they made a appointment to see what was wrong and they got nasty and said why did you wait so long before telling them and they might have to start the whole prossess over again. this did not make any sense to me at all. Now my wife is worried about how long it will take to get the 2 year green card after our apointment on June 3rd

Part 3 sec B on the I-485 Do I put my wifes son here and do I check yes applying with her.

I know I still have to do a I-485 for her son also.

Hey in part 1 of the I-864 what box do you check for a K-1 and K-2 visa holder?

a,b,c,d,e,f ? none of them make sense to me to check.

Has anyone recently applied for AOS that has received their I-131 Advanced parole to travel approval before waiting on the I-485 stuff?

Was wonder if that and the I-765 working papers came faster than the I-485?

Wanted to know for traveling purposes.

The I-131 & I-765 are suppose to be processed within 90 days of application and I think that typically they are... (exceptions always apply)...

Yes but they should have diffrant information right you would have put your daughter as the main person on hers right.

I am also confused about the I-693a and DS-3025 we have copys of the DS-3025 but that is it. Do we need the I-693a or did they send it with the brown closed packet on entry. Can i send just the DS-3025?

Read the I-485 instructions..On page 4 under section 8, it states you need a vaccination supplement for K-1. so better to get the I-693A filled out by a civil surgeon

K-1's don't need to send in the I-693a if the vaccinations were completed prior to visa issuance. See pinned topic. As fwaguy said, you are fine with just the DS-3025 if the vaccinations are complete.

I dont know if they were she had a US embasy doctor do the med. in Kiev but her DS-3025 dosnt show anything on it. could it be the I-693 was in her packet on arival. Also I dont see a I-693a for downloads just a I-693
