when we write the Month first ,  then the day so if they sent a December notice  which would be 12/2/2019 that would be your NOA2 and case would be on the way to NVC

there will be a new case number for Algeria embassy

so why they said in my case that they recieved the documents and thy  under the review now  review for what if thy accept the petition

patomic service and they got the petition in april 28th 2019 and they accept the document in 02/12/2019
