Potomac Service Center: Case was approved on Aug 26 2021. Applied for ROC in Dec (27) 2019. Fingerprints February 2020. Changed address and notified USCIS in June 2021. Case status changed on Aug 25 2021 to “New Card is being Produced” and on Aug 26 2021 to “Case is Approved”. No RFE, no interview, case always remained at YSC and I have not applied for citizenship.
Very appreciative for the guidance along the way on this forum. Good luck to those still waiting!

I’ve refinanced and opened a new mortgage, both with NoA and expired green card. These were with different mortgage companies and neither raised any concerns. Perhaps request your underwriter to escalate to their supervisor?

Hi all,
I have a pending I-751 (Potomac, filed Dec 2019). I just moved this week and will complete the AR-11 online this weekend (prior to the 10 day requirement). Does my US Citizen spouse need to complete and submit the I-865 as well? I am unsure if she is considered a sponsor for my 751 case.
Thanks for your guidance!

Attempted a walk-in, but was turned away. Chose the reschedule my appointment and sent the document back to USCIS.
I'm sorry to hear that, that's frustrating. I was able to complete a walk-in today at the Alexandria office.

I would appreciate if you guys can give your opinion on this, I received RFE and the instructions said send the response using the attached envelope. The envelope provided by USCIS is too small and it will not fit all the docs. I am planing to use usps box to mail them, how can I attch the encelope uscis provided? Do I paste outside the usps box? or put the envelope inside with my rfe docs? Thank you so much for helping!

I'm getting things ready to file my i751 and I have a question about part 5 on the form "Children". We do not have children together but I THE (US Citizen) have an adult daughter from a previous marriage. Do I still need to put her on this form? Thanks and Good Luck to you all... your a bit ahead of me on this journey.
My wife (US Citizen) has a 12 year old son from her previous marriage. We included his name on the form, added additional information on Page 11 to explain in brief that the son was born to a previous marriage, is a US Citizen as well, and lives with us per the custody agreement. In Part 5 of the form, we checked Yes for living with you, and No for applying with you.
Your situation and hence responses may be different based on your custody agreement/adult daughter. I personally would include her and explain on Page 11. We also included photographs of the 3 of us as well as school related information where I am a point of contact, as part of our packet.

Hello! USPS reply. Can I trust them, do you think? The matter is that in the letter there were originals verification letters from my native country.
”
The Postal Service is aware of the frustration and disappointment caused when we do not live up to our commitment of safe and reliable mail service.
The item you are tracking was delivered to USCIS at the Chase Bank Building. All mail for this delivery address is delivered through security for the Chase Bank Building as the facility has high level security that USPS does not have clearance to access the facility. The item was delivered to the correct location and USCIS has office space within the Chase Bank Building. All further inquiries will need to be directed to USCIS as they are in possession of this item.”If I were in your shoes, I would call USCIS and explain what has happened. Request their direction on what to do next. This has likely happened on more than one occasion. Also, it took a week from when my application was received to when the check was cashed.

My Extension letter for 18 months came and thats all.
How do i know the center that is processing my case.
They stated that if they need biometrics from me, they will send a separate appointment notice with time, date and place to go
Look at your case/receipt number on your extension letter. The first three letters will tell you the center processing your case. Here is a link for more info although I do not see Potomac Service Center (YSC) included on this list. That center also processes 751 cases.

Hi all. When I check my status online it says this....
"On January 14, 2020, we received your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number SRC[number], and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice."
Does this mean it was extended the 18 months? When I called USCIS they said it was mailed out on 1/16 but haven't recieved it in the mail yet. Hoping to get it Tuesday since tomorrow is a holiday.
That was the verbiage for my case status as well, and it followed with the 18 month extension in the mail. Your only way of truly knowing what your letter says is to actually receive and review the letter. I’d recommend signing up for USPS informed delivery - you can preview incoming mail each day so you know what’s coming.

Did the text coming in the middle of the night?
No, I got a text at 12:30pm EST today.

@EvgeniaM I sent my package via FedEx (so no P.O. Box) to Lewisville, TX.

My green card expires on 3/26/2020 as well. I sent my package on 12/26, it was delivered on 12/27 which is the first day of the 90 day window per the USCIS website. My wife and I signed the forms dated 12/25. I just received a text notification indicating my case was received on 12/27 and notice has been sent. Potomac Service Center.

Hi all,
My wife is a US citizen and has a son (12 years old) from her previous marriage. He is also a US citizen. He lives with us every other week as part of the custody agreement. I am the conditional perm resident and completing the I-751 for ROC. Do I include his information in Part 5 of the I-751 form? I am inclined to do so with additional information in Part 11 (Additional Information).
Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks!
