I spoke to a consular agent in the end of August,  he was doing some notarizing for us, so he told me : they ( the embassy) started to bring their personnel back to Russia. So apparently lots of their people were brought back to the states.

I don't know about Tajikistan, but as for Russia she can order a police background check via website  https://www.gosuslugi.ru. and get the result in a week at the Police department. or if she's not registered on that website she can ask someone who's got a profile and they can request police cert.

There are straight Airflow flights Moscow-NY from Sheremetyevo airport.  

How many topics about Moscow Embassy did you create? Looks like a few of them. Daria, it’ll start working again eventually. All we have to do is just WAIT.
