I have an IR1 I-130 approved for my spouse in 11/2019. Visa was attempted at consulate 6/2020, was approved and asked to re-appear with current medicals as they were expiring within a week after the appointment. spouse was never able to re-appear because of covid, health and subsequent marital issues. The current status shows as below. Looks like we received a notice of expiring soon 6/23. Looks like the previously used travel docs accounts is locked/removed.
1. Can this application be revived with the consulate, if so how and what by what date?
2. Is the underlying I-130 already cancelled, or by what date it will be cancelled.
