    MY RFE was received on April 1st by USCIS  and still haven't received any notice ? I know it usually only take two weeks but for me are 40 days so far ? anyone else on the same boat ?

    Hi !!

    COngrats in your NOA2 and interview.

    Did you schedule the interview for June ? or the consulado give you the date?

      Thank you! Once you get the approval from USCIS, it goes to NVC and then NVC sends you an email with a letter and a case number. At that point you can complete the DS160 application and pay and then you can schedule the appt. So far the dates available are for June. I hope this helps

    Sorry to hear about your are going through . May I ask you why you have to do the waiver 601 ?

      He entered the country illegally and stayed longer than 1 year, so that would've caused a visa denial. They let us file the waiver before his appointment so he wouldn't have to be in Mexico as long.
