My original post. mom has visa to come here. I Petitioned her already. Done interview and everything. She is not in the USA yet cuz she got a heart stem placement recently. I will contact an immigration attorney to see what options we have. We can close this thread and stop this discussion. Thank you all for your info.

No … that is a different story, l. … the one we are talking about is still in Vietnam. Never set food here . I appreciate your info. Looks like the embassy may be able to grant an emergency interview with doctors note and documentation from both Emory hospitals and hospitals in vietnam

If you have a 85 years old mom who doesn’t speak any English, never been to a foreign country, never ever eaten Western food, and is so sick she can barely move and may have 1 years to live. Does she want her relative , her kids to be there and take care of her or does she want a random person here that doesn’t even speak her language and can’t cook the traditional food? Does she want to be all by herself with that person for 3-4 months while I am away for work? All alone in the USA 85 years old bed ridden, I don’t think so. She can’t even get on the plane to get here by herself and go back. Someone has to take her around in her own country, let alone the USA

We are a crowded family with 11 kids all grown up. If you have a dying mom, money is not an issue. The only thing matter is to save her and take care of her. I can't think of anything else that why I am posting it here for help. Probably counsel a atorney next. Thank you all for your help

First of all, not everyone is as evil as you think and not everyone is trying to come here. My sister is very well off back in the country with her own business. Secondly, I don’t make a dollar being honest or dishonest with you on this forum while my mom is in dire need for a life saving surgery. Think before you speak. I posted it here so if you guys know anything to help with my mom situation, I would be greatly appreciated. If you want to toy with someone“s life Take your ego and go somewhere else

I can get her insurance one month after she arrives here. Money is not really an issue. I really my sister here as I’m working full time and can’t take care of her …

It is not air ambulance situation. I am currently having to work to support her medical condition and won't be able to take care of my mom by myself. That's why I really need my sister to come over to take care of mom

Hello everyone, so my mom has a visa for immigration sponsor by me USC. She is currently have a serious heart conditions and are being treated in Vietnam. I intend to bring her here to have an open heart surgery to save her life. The problem is she is 80 years old and would need to be accompanied by my sister who is a Vietnamese citizen. I would like to get her a medical emergency visa or whatever it is called. Is it an option? Would you be so kind to provide with the I formation needed. I'm very grateful.
