My Waiver Has Been Send To Lima Last Week ...im Not Sure If Lima Got It Yet, I Have Few Questions ..i Hope I Can Find Your Guys Help...

1) First I Like To Ask If Anybody Has Been Waiver Denied Thru Lima For A Illegal Presence More Than A Year??

2)after The Case Is Denied (please God Help Us) What Happen ???

3)should We Appeal???

4)and We Need A Attorney For That?

5)and How Long May Take For A Response???

6) Thats Anybody In This Forum Who Got Denied And Approved After??

Oh My God ...im Sorry To All Of You But Im Losing Myself ...this Process Is A Killer!!!

I am confusing about the I-864 documnets needed.

Do we need to get a letter form the bank with last years deposits ?

Or just the 3 years taxes + assets will be ok?

My husband is sel-employed so we also have a letter form the accountant and taxes from the business will this be enough???

My husband has sponsored another 2 guys, one in 2004 and another one in 2005, i know i have to include them on the I-864 but my question is what else i need to send with I-864 regarding this 2 people???

I was looking on the I864 form and i did not found any place to put their names, and also we need to have any document about this or we only count their names on the total and that is ???

I afraid if we need any documents about this ...my husband does not have any record, we only know the names and the year when this happen but nothing else? where can I get this info if needed ???

You just put the numbers down where the form asks for them in the household size section. USCIS knows who he sponsored and when.

about the cover sheet ...its strange because i did the barcode exactly how explain james and i put the barcode exaclty on the top of the old one...looks perfect for me ...but on james shortcut said that we have to format picture ...making smaller ????

Thank you very much Mononoke28 ....I saw a topic form you another day, you was saying that you or you spouse did the Ds-230 month before and sent to the US...let me ask you this...you did the br code with james shortcut?? or u left the barcode in blank?

1. Many of us have used James' shortcuts and they work very well if you know how to follow instructions well.

2. If your Choice of Agent is your husband (the US citizen), then he should get ALL correspondence and fees. The only thing you should be getting is Packet 4 which is the interview letter with other details.

3. You, the beneficiary, need to sign form DS-230 Part I, NOT Part II since you'll sign that one in front of the CO the day of the interview.

4. All documents that you send to the NVC need to be originals or certified copies with translations, including the police certificate.

Como podem ver meu timeline fui aprovada pelo I-130 e nada de K3...mas tudo bem ...entao estou meio enrolada ainda com tudo isso, eu estava me preparando pra o K3...

Tenho algumas perguntas se algume pode me ajudar?

1)alguem daqui jah usou o james shortcut??? e funciona mesmo sem problemas?

2)meu agente sera meu marido, entao todos docts seguirao pra ele nos US?

3) sobre Ds-230 ...eu devo fazer aqui e mandar pra ele assinada a part I e a part II sem assinar isso?

4)e qto aos docts tipo certidao de nascimento , certificado de casamento, certificado da policia federal etc.. ....tudo isso dever ser original ou copias certificadas e traduzidas certo...?

mas aqui ta bem confuso...por exemplo police reports...devo conseguir copia certificada direto da policia federal ou posso conseguir isso num cartorio ..seria valido ???

As you can see on my timeline my I-130 was approved but unfortunatly my 1_129 not yet.. but its ok... but im to confuse right now with all this, I was preparing myself for the K3 ...

I have some questions im sure I will find some answers here on this great forum

1) about james shortcut works without problems?

2) my agent will be my husband, shopul we expecte all docts to the US?

3) on Ds-230 ... do I have to sign before I send to my hubby the part I and part II no sign?

4) and about the documents like birth certificate, marriage certificate, police reports etc. .... All this must be original or certified copies and translated right?

But here its kind confusing ... example police reports ... should i get certified copies directly from them only or should I get certified or notorized on any place who officialy does this...would be valid?

Hello to all, as u all can see on my timeline my I-130 is approved but my I-129 not yet..What can I do. I see that the I-130 is taking forever to be finished...I dont beleive after all this time ...I see some timelines with more then 3 months and still with NVC...they did not complete yet the case to transfer to the consulate...What can I do on this case...should I wait for the I-129??? or continue on the I-130...

You guys think they may approve by now my I-129...

I only have touchs on my I-129 ...never on my I-130...i was surprise when we got the approval only for the I-130...

And if I decide to go by I-130...I have to cancel the I-129??? oh my god...i'm been waiting forever for this...i was poreparing myself to another maximum 2 months of wating with I-129 nopt 3, 4 or maybe 6 with I-130....and my hubby was planning to came here to wait with me till the interview...now what?? now he need to stay there...wiating till they decide to send us any form to be filed and payed...oh my god ...I'm losing myself on this...I left my house since february...and I can stay anymore here...its too much for me ...

Plz God just help me to have the right decision.

Hello to All!!! Finally we got our approvall too..we got the NOA2 today...but only for the I-130 stll waiting for the I-129...inshallah soon...

I dont know exactly what happen form now..if any of you can explain a little for me...

So now NVC will send the packages ??? to who? to me as beneficiary or to my hubby petitioner?

My hubby (USC) should expectany other mail??? or I will receive now all the packages...?

Do you know how long these "security checks" are? I hear some are as long as 1 year's time? ughhhh... that makes me shudder (much more than a scary movie).. I still don't get why some people get processed much faster (I see some people from CSC who are May filers and have been approved)... Does the country also have something to do with it? .. China isn't one of the most "trusted" countries around.. but give us a break.. If they don't trust us, then the US shouldn't even invest in China..

My Honey, I'm not sure how long your (and mine) security checks will be.. I really haven't seen much of this stuff on Visajourney yet... I do see AP (Administrative checks).. but those are after you get approved... I think that the "checks" done before the approval are for the petitioner... the "checks" done after approval are for the petitionee (maybe that's not the word)..

I wanted to let you know our applications have already made the security checks. The only thing we are waiting on is for the official to look at my ex marriage license which states my maiden name to link our documents. Apparently, this is a common problem for people who have been previously married. So, I hope my experience will help someone who is just filing to send also a copy of their ex marriage license along with the divorce decree to avoid any unnecessary delays.

Wow... They have my file since April...only one touch...on May/5 (see my timeline bellow) I wait for 3 months just to get the NOA1...This process is just too much ....I'm already losing myself...I cant wait to go home!!!!
