My father petitioned me and my family in 1998 and i got NOtice to file case october 2019. I am worried about my aged out children because they are no longer in ceac but i added them as derivatives amd paid the fees. My father no longer lives in the states they retired here in 2011 but visits there at least thrice since they retired. Main problemis how to prove his domicile.
