    Hi. I'm from Philippines and Me and my Fiance applied for K1-Fiance visa last MAY 2020. We haven't received anything and it has been more than 2 months. Just wondering what should be our next step. All I know is that the cheque that my fiance sent, already got cleared by USCIS. But that's just it, we haven't received anything nor any updates from them.

      Be patient, they will contact you. It takes 5 months at most to receive i- 797 Notice of Action. If your fiance applied in March, expect notice of action end of this month or early next month.

    I live in USA and my fiance (beneficiary) lives in Africa. I am wondering if there is a way to pay for her DS-160 fee in the USA bank?
