Hi everyone!! I have a concern. my wife has to do her tax... I would like to know if this concerns me? because I am still waiting for my adjustment status(waiting for the interview) , and I dont have yet my social security number, I do not work and I do not make any income for the now.
if this concerns me too which are the paper to fill and which tax should be chosen?
Please want someone to help me bu giving me some details about that. Thanks !!

If you spent less than 183 days in the US in 2019, your wife can file her taxes stating she's MFS (married filing separately) and that is the easiest option.
Otherwise, if you choose to file with her and have no SSN yet, you'd need to apply for TIN and that takes 6 weeks according to the IRS website.
