If not, PM me your info. I have been assured that I should be able to marry people again May 1st, as that is when licenses will begin to be issued. I can get everything done in under an hour, you just have to get to Vegas. You have lots of time left, don't worry too much. I have someone who's I94 expires on May 3rd I think, so they have something to worry about.

    ok thank you

Who are you wanting to email?  There's nobody at the uscis that will be interested.   Email the county where you want to get the license.   Ask them what to do

Hence why I asked who to email we are in the us. Who will I email in the us? USCIS can’t do anything I called only for tourist vids they’re giving Extention

It's embassy specific what the requirements are for the financials. Most embassies have stopped asking for 3 years of tax returns. Follow the embassy P3 interview instructions.  I've asked the OP to finish their profile so I know what P3 to use to set the record straight but they have not.

@SmallTownPA has a little better handle on this then you do. I agree more with his answere being more correct than yours. It makes no difference if your interview required X which does not equate to all other embassies following your example.

Did you know that there are some embassies that aren't even asking for financials? The Philippines hasn't asked on a consistent basis for some 4 years.

I'm just saying from someone who has helped many get their visa by not using hearsay but facts that I can provide links to.

I went based on what the embassy ask my fiancé obviously this person didn’t have their interview it’s not about who’s right or wrong. You guys are making seem like I’m giving wrong info when this is what they ask my fiancé,  I’m not going to answer you about another country when I don’t live there I’m going based on my country and me being the petitioner. My fiancé had his interview In December and that’s what they ask for . Every country is different so her or she should wait until they send them instructions about the interview and what to bring on  the day of the interview I’m going based on my experience and what I send if you agree with him then that’s Ok. This is not hearsay this is what they asked which I copied and paste. So as you helped ppl get visa you help him or her ok  I didn’t ask for your opinion. If he has a little better handle why did he ask for help. All I was doing was trying to help this person didn’t have and interview yet because they’re still filling out the I-134 and asking for help. Pls don’t tag me again

  5. Did you have an interview because I’m sure you didn’t because your still filling out the I -134 my fiancé had his interview. Again I went based on what the embassy ask him for. You seem to know it all so y come on here asking and when I’m trying to explain your telling me that’s not how it goes when CLEARLY you didn’t even have an interview. I told you to wait to see what your embassy requirements are. Have a great day ok I hope you get the answers your looking for

Ok well I’m telling you based on my country you can WAIT for your embassy or ask someone that lives in your country

The I-134 does not require it.  But the consulate needs SOMETHING to verify your income to satisfy the 'public charge' portion of the K1.  The I-134 used to be used for other visa types, but not its only used for K1s.  All other visa need the much more stringent I-864.

All of the other 'income verification' (letters from a bank and your employer) and easily faked.  While the IRS transcript is also easily faked, its also easily verified.

Send your fiance BOTH, as they are required.  But your question was if you needed to send it as part of the I-134.  No, you do not.  Your consulate requires it as part of the interview packet.

Listen I only send my fiancé what they asked which is

    tax return or transcripts

    w2 forms

they give it back at the end of the interview he did his interview that’s why I answer your question

The I-134F does not require any returns UNLESS you are self employed, and even then its an option.

The Consulates all seem to require tax transcripts, not returns.  Returns are what you fill out, and are not offically validated by the IRS.  Your tax TRANSCRIPT is what the IRS has validated against your W2s and is accurate, primary evidence.

"A federal tax transcript is a summary of this information, and it is retrieved from the IRS database once your tax return has been processed in their system."

So basically you can scribble anything you want on a 1040, means nothing.  A tax transcript is the processed data directly from the IRS database..

So why ask then if you seem to know I don’t understand I’m going based on what I send for my fiancé. You seem to know them y ask when I’m telling as a petitioner and I went through the process

  8. I’m not self employed and the embassy took it. Idk if you have any interview or not but they will let you know what to bring in

this is what they send on the email

official U.S. Federal Income Tax Return or Internal Revenue Service (IRS)-generated transcripts, wage statements (Form W-2s), and a copy of the sponsor’s U.S. passport, birth certificate, Naturalization Certificate, or Legal Permanent Resident Card. The petitioner must provide an Affidavit of Support even if he/she does not derive any

I filled out my I-134 form when the embassy send the email about what to bring in for the they ask for my tax return Or Transcript. I’m just going based on what they ask me my fiancé to bring in. Idk what your embassy told you

    Hi,

my fiancé was interviewed today by the consulate,

she went by herself as I was told that my presence wasn’t required (I regret)

I bought flight for next month to bring her with me 😔, she got a letter saying that she is no eligible for the visa under section 221g

on the bottom says that she have to send her passport, the letter that was gave to her and other documents (which I’m not sure if is referring to all the support documents to the case) to VAC and schedule another appointment with me!

she told me she got nervous, so that might  be the cause of what happened,

this is the status of my case online

“Your visa case is currently undergoing necessary administrative processing. This processing can take several weeks. Please follow any instructions provided by the Consular Officer at the time of your interview etc”

She has to follow the step that’s on the 221g letter. They will tell her where to drop the documents they requested, &

passport. Usually it’s dhl not sure what you guys use. When they received it they will email you. Then you just have to wait. It can take up to 60 days. It can be frustrating but trust me I know. When they send the interview letter instructions they say don’t make future plans until you have the visa in your hand. You just never know what can happen

Hello! First time poster here, and I have a few questions for anyone with knowledge or experience with the petition form.

     1) For any questions or items that don’t apply to you, did you leave them blank or right N/A or something along those lines? Or does it not matter?

    2) A silly question for my feller USA petitioners, for the address part we don’t have a Postal Code correct? I assume we just use the zip code

Thank you for any help! I’m trying my best to get the paperwork perfect

You can leave it blank or put n/a I use my zip code

also, when my fiance takes the documents to the embassy, can everything be stapled? unlike the I-129f it was not allowed to be stapled

so can the I-134, bank statements, pictures, tax forms, ect all be stapled?

I use paper clip it was easier, don’t staple you can use paper clip because they go through the paperwork before you see the officer

so the embassy won't be picky about the documents being signed and created before a case number was issued?

she will need to get a police report and a single marriage certificate, can those be done before the case number?

can anyone else here confirm?. I really don't want us to get a rejection for the documents during the interview

Just wait for the instructions as your worried. I know you want to have everything but every country is different

Slow it down.   Don;y do extra work or make mistakes.   Like, police reports are only valid for a year.   If your interview is after 4/15 they will want the 2019 tax returns.   File the tax returns at the end of next week and then you can get transcripts.

I agree if your having doubts you can wait for the instructions on what to take with you to the interview.
