I have been reading the post here for last six months. I applied to Nebraska on 04/30 , NOA 05/02 and also was transferred to California last month. I just received an email yesterday that my card production has been ordered. Can't be any happier. It been very frustrating to wait for the green card for so long. I have been praying to God for so long and as everyone says that prayers do work, I totally believe it. So guys I understand how hard it is to wait but your day will also come. Keep Praying.

One more thing, this site has helped me more than anything and can't think how hard it will be to wait so long without such help. Thank you everyone here for all the support. God bless all. God bless America.

Wife and daughter's passports are good for another five years, green cards for another ten, hopefully with our N-400 applications in, we will get that USA citizenship for them before that five year period ends. Then that would be history.

3. In the drop down box under Posting Settings, change the type of editor

Why don't you use the other thread about NSC claims that transferred to CAlifornia, I just updated with the last informations and it includes people whose files were transfered from NSC to CAL , it is easier for you and for us so we can all keep updated, it is calles the NSC is USCIS LYING something like that , check it out and CONGRATULATIONS TAMMY I AM HAPPY FOR YOU , Hopefully they will get to mine and the others soon

I opened this topic bacause who got the same e-mail at 4-01-08 to transfer the servis center or CSC ,and we can track each our case easly

we can have some idea how long is going get to us .

i just checked my notice letter says same : CRI89 Approved removal of conditions I89

actually i sent my I-751 JUN 2006 and i got notice and extention leter JUN 26 . 2006 after that 9 month i did not hear anything.

so i got second notice march 19 2007 it's says we recived your file march 15 your I551 extended one years ...... and you will get speciftic time biometrics appoitment . and i done with biometrics april 13 2007 .

they account me starting march 15 but i sent my file jun 2006 . what you guys says ! it'a weird is't !

so ok i have patient,

says the file transfer to CSC purpose for faster procesing

now they (CSC ) aprove february 2007 i check all aproved who got e-mail 4-1.08

mine is 3-15-07 notice date , i think nex couple week they staring aprove march . just my gues

First of all I want to thank everyone who posts in this forum!This is my first time posting, but I have been reading it for a few weeks now.

Here is my ordeal-I filed the I-751 at NCS in march of 2007. My case was not touched since April 2007 when I had my biometrics taken. In the beginning of march this year I went for an info pass appointment in Chicago and I got a stamp for 1 year. My lawyer was not helpful when I asked him to do something about my 1 year wait for the stupid I-751 approval,he suggested to file the N-400 and said that is all I could do. Somehow this didn't sit right with me,I dint want to be forced to apply for US citizenship,just so I can make some lazy people do their job faster!

Anyway,the reason I am posting today is because I received the same email today,just like you people,stating that the case is pending to the USCIS office to which it was transfered.

I just called the USCIS and after speaking to a rep,she transfered me to an immigration officer.She told me that it looks like my case was transfered to the CSC and that they usually transfer the cases when they have decided that they have all the info they need and the cases are to be approved shortly by the CSC. So she told me that I should be receiving some notification pretty soon!Needles to say I was very happy with what she told me,but I am trying not to overjoy too much,because the USCIS is known to change its mind and give you different info every time you call.

But anyway, I taught that I should tell you this,because we are in the same boat and may be I have helped to shed some light on that topic. I think it will be nice if some of you who have gotten this letter call the USCIS to see if they will get the same info! Thanks again to everybody and good luck to you all!!!
