I got engaged in September but my fiance is in Pakistan. His mom and other family were here in USA and she put the ring on me. I am going to go visit him in January. Should I apply for the Fiance Visa? Or is it just safer and more guarantee to get the Spouse Visa from a country like Pakistan? I would obviously marry him when in Pakistan but I want to know which Visa is better for Pakistan... Fiance or Spouse?
Are Pakistani people getting approved for fiance visas without much problem and how long is taking them??

I would ONLY marry him if it's better to apply for the spouse visa then the fiancee Visa.
And I would only apply for the fiancee visa after I meet him in Pakistan in January(no marriage, only meeting) and apply for the fiancee visa in USA right afterwards
It is an arranged marriage. And I have never met him before. January would be the first time I would be meeting him. We have contact only through phone calls and messages.
