QQ - Did they provide a copy or original of your birth certificate ( I have my original birth certificate with me) ?
Thank you. Yes, they requested the original of all documents.

Interview registered and confirmed for 04/28/2021
My parents had their interview today. They were interviewed together by a friendly officer. They were interviewed about 2.5 hours after their scheduled appointment (8am local time).
The interview lasted around 20 minutes. They were asked to provide a new police certificate (which they fortunately had), marriage certificate, their birth certificates, and my birth certificate. They were asked about how I got to the USA, information on my employment history, where my sister lives and why they decided to relocate to the USA and not where my sister lives.
Besides the wait, they had a very pleasant experience and they are extremely grateful that they have been approved. -

Good news . Does it mean that IR-5 Interviews have started after the ban is lifted ?
Or it is a special/expedited case ?
Interviews have started. This was not as a result of an expedite request.

That could be it. Are you able to obtain a certified copy?
I was able to respond with a Proof of Registration of Birth document, Baptism Certificate and Affidavits of Birth.
The cases have now been approved.
Surprisingly, They reviewed the RFE response and approved within 1 day - I thought there was going to be a long wait. -
Priority Date: 11-07-19
Potomac Service Center
Received RFE yesterday stating late registered birth certificate.
Birth certificate submitted was an unabridged version that was printed in 2014. No dates on certificate indicating when the birth was actually registered, so I guess that is what caused the RFE.

When checking the status of an I-130 on my.uscis.gov I have noticed that the date for the “In Process” status has changed. It previously indicate a date in November 2019. It now reflects a January 2020 date. Everything else has remained the same. Only the date changed.
Does anyone have any idea on why that date changes and if there is any significance to this date changing?
