They call my fiancée like three times saying the same thing. They keep saying for her to be patience that they will give her an interview date but never did

Yes I call the embassy and they told me to wait for them to call my fiancée in Haiti. They didn’t say anything about my medical being expired.

I know it’s at the embassy cuz my fiancé already did her medical last year in January but couldn’t do the interview because of COVID.

Can anybody help me.  I have a K1 case at the embassy I have never been notified or anything about my case. Now it’s showing on the ceac website that my case has been expired. Why would that be?

Has anyone been able to get their case ship to Haiti?

Well the thing is what if haiti never stop the protest. Wht if it stop after anotger 6 months

Also i know Haiti looks pretty bad right now. Is there any way I can transfer the petition to Dominican Republic.

I have a question. My k1 petition status never changed. It has been 3 months since NVC received it and I have my case number since September. Every time i checked it says ATNVC. Does anyone has that problem. 

Well okay. What if the problems in Haiti never stops. What if last another 6 months. Will there a be another way out.  Or maybe transfer my case to Republic Dominican.

Where is your case going? Mine has been at nvc for 2 months. Has my case number and invoice#. Every time i checked its said AtNVC. Been like that for 2 months.

Has anyone got their Case ships to assign us embassy today? Mine hasn't shows in transit yet it might be because Haiti's us embassy is not in function right now due to civil protesters.
