Then I printed out a hard copy and sent it with money order to the lockerbox.

I filed online back in September and was sent to CSC. I guess it is still random even with the online filing...

i130 will take around 12 months to get approval and NOA2.. 

then another month or two to go NVC, then date on visa bulletin becomes applicable once current, you process AOS/IV Package before going to interview.

California service center too. Still waiting for NOA2

I am in f2a category and my priority date is September 16 2019. The priority date happens to be current too.

Does this mean I will get NOA2 faster than anticipated?
