Hello, my case is currently under administrative processing 221g since at the moment of the interview I was missing my husband's 2018 W-2. I uoliaded the document to the CEAC and sent it to their email. When checking the ceac tracker it shows has been updated the foklowing dates 9/27 9/30 10/21 and today 10/25. I checked  the CEAC website today and it showed the document was rejected. The response they gave was: "Duplicate W-2". The CEAC tracker still shows "administrative processing". 

Does anyone know what that means? Thanks in advance

I'm in Administrative processing as well since September 25th. Our case was updated on September 27th and 30th and October 21st. They only asked for my husband's W-2 for 2018 and said everything else was fine. 😟 why do they take this long just to check a one page document? 

I'm sorry you're facing this situation. I once heard of a girl whose husband was cheating on her. She was able to demonstrate that the break up wasn't her fault and she got her GC. I guess as long as you can show evidence that you had a true relationship but now things are not working for you guys you can still get your GC. It's very good how he still wants to help! 

Hey, some people are not that good at dealing with immigration stuff. That's why they pay someone to do it for them. It doesn't mean they're not engaged with their process. He trusted his lawer, that's all. If he's searching for information on this site that means something I guess! He cares about his process. And also, he came here looking for advice instead of being judged. 

To answer your question: Ask your lawyer for your Notice of action 1. You can find your service center on thw lower left side. Each service center has different processing times that can be checked at USCIS website. Nebraska is pretty slow, my friend's case took a year to get approved. You can also check your case status with the receipt number on the same website. The receipt number is also found in your Notice of action 1. Good luck!

Hola a todos,el 25 de septiembre del 2019 tuve mi entrevista consular para visa Cr1. En ese momento me faltó presentar el W-2 del 2018 de mi esposo. Enviamos el documento vía correo electrónico el 26 de septiembre e hicieron dos actualizaciones a nuestro caso el 27 y el 30 de septiembre. Después de eso no hemos tenido más noticias y hoy es 15 de octubre. Alguien ha tenido una experiencia similar? Cuanto podría tardar en promedio un caso con las caracteristicas del nuestro para ser resuelto. Muchas gracias
