    i found out my ex went to Philippines and married over there,

    when i asked the woman how they meet each other" she said they meet online?

    when my ex visit to philippines and married right away?

    question

    does he can married right away even if he only stayed there for 6days?

    i called USCIS regarding the transfer, makes me more upset and disappointed because their answer was Not all the case are going to transfer! its up to NBC.. This is so suck.. another thing the NBC currently processing the october 1,2012 that means it takes a year to get approval.. why in this world so slow. while some petitioner get lucky .. they received approval right away...

    hello vj's ,

    i am in frustration situation, this is for my parent petition, i received the receipt noticed was April 8,2013.. since then i haven't heard anything. i called USCIS every now and then they same thing under review call back in the later time. i spoke on the second level. plus i have friend we filled same time. her mom has schedule for interview?

    i don't know what is going on in my petition? my plan is to refile again, of course i lost my money and time but its ok.. i just dont want to get in trouble in a later time.. " if i refile ".,,, do i have to cancel my petition first before i can refile again or do i have to refile first and cancel the petition? any suggestion what is the best solution.

    Hello ,

    The priority date the petition i filled was april 8,2013, the receipt start with MSC********* since then i never heard anything, and even if i checked online .. the answer was ""case not found, when i called uscis says wait 6months and some of it 9to 12months!!! I can't tell how frustrating i am..

    Now my question are!!!

    If its worth if i refile again?

    Is there is chance if i can get my money back that i paid?

    And what are the process
