Looks like you may need to proceed with the ROC with a divorce waiver. I am not sure if you can do this with a divorce in process, or if the divorce needs to be finalized first. More than likely, this will scrap the N400 application based on marriage though and you will have to wait for the five year rule. Do a search for “ROC Divorce Waiver” in the VJ search engine.
