Congratulations Larryday... n 7 months to just get the case number from NVC. You must have had great patience during whole process.
Do we have a choice? Patience isn’t my strong suit but there’s nothing I could do!

Hey guys....our IOE petition was approved by USCIS on 4/1/19 and I'm very happy to report that its finally been received by the NVC......7 months later.
If you're waiting in limbo like we were, don't lose hope. Just keep escalating and work the process like others have posted here. Good luck to you all.
Congrats!! My case was approved on 5/7/19 so I hope this means it will happen for me too...soon! I have already contacted the NVC, USCIS and the congressman several times with no help. Do you think your case was received by the NVC because enough time has passed or do you think it happened because you kept escalating and work the process? I am not really convinced contacting the NVC would help the case anymore...but basically wait until the enough time passes for them to receive the case...

I hope everyone get their notice from NVC & get their Case # too. We got our case # 8 weeks after they received our case. Now we just uploaded our docs after they're offline for more than 1 week. God bless everyone🙏
when did you receive i-797 from USCIS? Did your receipt number start with IOE?

I have heard from the congressman, and they're no help. They got the same response from USCIS as I did. I have replied back to their email, so I will update you once I hear back from them again. I actually got to talk to a supervisor at NVC last time I called and there's basically nothing they could do. Since the case is not with NVC yet, they cannot really "review". After all the calls and emails that I've made past few months, I came to a conclusion that we are SOL and all we could do is wait.

Google your district congressman. Once you go to their website, there should be a link where you could send them a petition. I filed my case in March, got mine approved by USCIS on 5/7/19. It's been 5 months, and still nothing from NVC. I hope contacting a congressman helps, but we shall see.

Did u seek help from ur congressman? 5 months for a case number is not a normal thing.
Thank you so much. I didn’t know this was an option and I contacted him today! I hope I get some answers and if I do, I will let you all know!

I guess there’s hope for me then cause it’s been 5 months for me.. it’s just frustrating because call centers are no help and all you could do is wait, wait and wait.

My case was approved by USCIS on 5/7/19 and NVC still does not have it. NVC basically told me the technical programs are being implemented and they will begin processing once it's in place. They cannot tell me when that would be. I contacted immigration lawyers and there's absolutely nothing they could do to help either. this is so annoying.
I-130 not received by NVC - pilot electronic process

Hi, just a quick question on this service request via phone... was this with the NVC or USCIS?
