We just sent i-129/k3 last nov. 4 monday but until now we didn’t receive noa 1 for it. How long it usually takes to get a confirmation that nebraska received our i-129/k3 documents?  

Hi everyone. We just sent i-129/k3 last Nov. 4 monday but until now didn’t receive noa 1 yet. How many days till we receive a notice that nebraska received our documents for k3? Our i-130 Pd May 23,2019. We tried to file k3 hoping it will speed up the process . Any comment/idea is highly appreciated. This process takes so long 😭😭

Congratulations! I hope i-129f will help us as well . We will file it this week. My husband called the uscis hotline last month they said we need to wait 12-16months for noa 2 . If we knew about i-129f we should have filed it back then. 

Hi everyone. Im a May filer as well at nebraska service center. We received our noa 1 last June 3,2019 but until now no update from uscis yet. Does i-129f helps to expedite i-130? Please co-filers i need your help .
