I am not for sure but I think that that I-129F helped me. My I-130 was approved a month after I submitted the I-129F.

I just submitted the I-29F|K3(Texas). Sent I-130,A off January 29th(Nebraska)....No update yet.....I am praying that the I-29F|K3 form does something.....Congratulations on everyone next step!
