Hopefully, but there's no mentioning of addressing the visa backlogs, sadly. So many people are waiting for that.

Thank you so much for the help  I'm seeing some of the cases being approved within weeks at NVC, while others are taking months.

Does anyone know how long it is taking for cases to get documentarily qualified, on average, after submitted everything to the NVC?

There is a forum which i posted i will tag you there i took the exact same for documents. My album was a wide diary like so i showed it through the window you can take the print outs if you want to they can easily pass through the window. 
 

and i carried album and chat logs in a plastic shopper (like those shopping one they are strong to hold wait)
