So sad to know that after long waitin to get NO2 @ USCIS , there are still a posibility to get denied upon interview!

Anybody filing their K1 visas this month? I will be sending our package from Thailand to CSC on May 24. I have been waiting for this day since first meeting my fiancee in September of 2004. It seems the wait never ends but it is all worth it in the long run. I definitely have learned to be more patient thoughout this ordeal but the wait still kills me like it does everyone else. For your query i know Cebu has international airport. But mostly the itinerary is like this CEB-MNL-LAX/SFO.

Sometimes its still cheaper to buy ur ticket in MANILA goin to LAX/SFO or other US DESTINATION.

However since ur fiancee is in CEBU try to tell her to look for CHEAPEST domestic flights from CEBU to MANILA.

I would just like to ask what are the seminars that my wife needs to attend to before leaving for the US... does it still include "Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar" (PDOS) along with the guidance and counseling seminar??? OR would the guidance and counseling seminar be enough???

Im just curious, bcoz k1 allowed to stay in 90days upon arrival. Does it mean once u get married ur date of stay will b adjusted? bcoz i can see here for greencard need more time to process!
