  1. Yes I created the account but I’m not sure what to do with the account....
  2. Nope! Nothing. We found out about a month ago that our instructions were sent to the wrong email address! I requested that they be resent to the correct email address. I’ve been calling and emailing and all im told is that the request has been escalated and is “in process”. Super frustrating. Does anyone know if my fiancé can go ahead and do anything (ie DS 160 or schedule medical exam) without the official letter?!
  3. I just waited on the line and someone picked up almost immediately. I explained why I was calling and they transferred me to someone else...the two people I spoke with were nice and helpful. I only speak English, so yes I would select that option. Make sure you have the beneficiary’s passport number handy because they will ask for that to look him/her up, along with the case ID #. Hope this helps.
  4. I called on Monday and Tuesday and had no problem getting through: ‭+509 2229 8000‬. I learned that our packet was emailed to my fiancé’s old email address so I requested for it to be resent to his current email address. We are still waiting for the letter...
  5. We are still waiting on the packet so he has not yet attempted to make an appointment. There has been a lot of unrest in the country lately so that may be impacting things...
  6. How long did it take you to receive the email (packet three) after you received the letter from NVC saying it was sending the packet to the embassy in Haiti? Also did you wait to apply for the DS-160 until you received the packet or did you apply right away once you received the NVC letter? Also, even if the Affidavit of Support is not requested, should we have prepared just in case? Sorry for all the questions!!
