My now husband and I have a 28-year age gap. I did a lot of research on overcoming age gaps in the US immigration process here on this site and followed it closely. We chose the CR-1 spousal visa route and he was approved 11 months after I filed an I-130 petition. Many have done it for K-1 too. All you have to do is submit evidence that the relationship is real. For France, you should be okay with basic evidence since it isn't a high-fraud country. Good luck!
