hey everyone i need your guys help

this is case is regarding my brother and his wife this is his words.......

im green card holder i sumbit 130 for my wife and she got approved and her priroty date is 15 nov 2009

and i submit her visa fee and aos fee

now the nvc ask me to send the i864 and ds230 with her passport copy and original civil duments like marrige certificate her brith certificate and taxe returen and prof of income

so i dont know how to make the i 864 aos

i never paid the taxe for last three years and im self employed and my income is on cash all the time and i have a son he just born and he is 6 month old

i dont know how to pay my tax how much income should i show for my wife and kid i864 in tax paper that will equal to poverty line

i totly make 30000 usd every year that is my total year income

my questions are here

sopncer houshold size should be three me my wife and my kids( he is 6 month old )? or me and my wife mean two?

how much income should i show all 30000 usd nd pay the tax on that or shoud i show only 23162 usd and pay the tax on that or should i show 18387 usd andpay the tax one that?????

or which will be best two show the irs and pay the tax and that will help my wife and kids to come here. should i pay the tax on $30000 or $23162 or $18387

and if i make $30000 per year but i have expansive too like pay the bills and other stuff tooo

if i make $30000 per year i have two pay tax on all $30000 or i have to less my expanse what will my amount come pay the taxe on that

im totaly confuise here

or what will be best that show the irs that i make this much money every year and pay the tax on that and that will be good for my wife and my kid or which will be good for i864 poverty line .so they can come over here

about my case

my dad sponcer me for usa when i got to usa i was under 18 and my age was 17 after i got in usa i got my green card by mail

and then then the us immigration law says if your one of parent is us citizen and when you got in america and you under 18 you are citizen by automaticaly so i i applied for my passport before 18th bithday and i got my us passport

now im over 21 and im applying for my mother

so now now im trying to file 130 for my mom and the form says if you us citizen please enter Citizen Naturalization Certificate number and copy of your citizen naturlatiziation certificate but i dont have it b/c i have only the passport .

so now my question is how i can get that certificate and what is that form name so i can get my certificate or i have to have pass the citizenship test and wait for my certificate or they have otherway to get that .or i can still filled 130 form with only us passport i dont need the certificate or i need it please kindly help me in this matter i will really appricate you guys

last night my wife called to DOS abt the status of my visa the operator told her that ur husband is under AP and this time we don;t need anything.

why you guys are harry to go in the united state.everything will b done by there time.no worry about A/P this is nothing just they do their security checks and check your documents . and the back ground they cant denay you visa application .i can feel its too hard. to wait for sumthing..the only thing you should do just wait and see when you wil hear the news im on this fourm from back 3 years and i saw here in this forum one guy who is waiting for visa from three years after his interview and he got the visa after three years sum case are fast and sum are slow no body know what gona happen when you got here in the united state you will miss this time like me..lolz jus enjoy the time if you have any question feel free to ask

How long have you been back in the US since you returned home for 11 months?

Did you have a re-entry permit when you traveled back from spending 11 months out of the US?

When my husband got AP I was devastated and called DOS every two weeks and got to know some of the operators. I kept very good notes and even did a Microsoft sheet with the date, time of day that I called, and the operator's name. Then I made notes and this list is several pages long and most calls were always answered still in AP.

One operator would ask me how I was doing when I called in since we talked several times. I remember I had called in on a Monday or Tuesday and asked for an update. She told me to call back later in the week. I asked her do you get information later in the week and she told me most of the time the embassy put notes on the cases on Wednesday or Thursdays. So this is how I came into the knowledge of this information and after her informing me with this information I only called DOS like I suggest to everyone else.

What time does the embassy usually call to ask for the passport?

Also is there any time limit to security checks? How soon do they expire?

The embassy will send your husband a letter or call him to come back to them on certain days of the week between certain times. In most cases they need a letter to regain entrance into the embassy. This step usually happens when they are getting ready to issue the visa. They will keep the passport and then send it back usually within a few weeks via a courier. They do not give it back same day. Good luck!

Most checks are valid up to 3 months before they expire. Now these are just the 3 that are mandatory but does not include any others that the CO decided to ask for and have run for the security clearance. Three are tons of checks and no one ever knows which other ones are asked for before the visa is issued.

Still waiting for my passport as i have submitted on 4 nov and my AP got cleared on 27 oct after 6 months. They didn't call me cuz i knew they won't, so i did and ask that my AP is cleared and he was like yeah submit your passport which i did. After 7 days i ask did you got my passport and he was like well its not updated in our system let me do that, So from that day the count down started and I'm expecting to get the passport by 29 nov as it will be 15 days. What you think guys or should i call the embassy and find out about whats going?

Ok and one another question is do i have to take the Xray with me on the way to states or just leave it here? I'm on K3 visa.

We reached the convention centre around 6 15 am. There was already a line of cars outside the gates which were closed. So you have to get out and walk inside. There was already a line outside the ticket counter at 6 30 am and I was able to get the ticket for the first bus that left.

At the embassy there was initially finger printing, then they asked for the medical report, and then the filing fee. Finally I got the call for the interview.

The interviewer was an American and very nice. He asked me just a few questions:

Who is calling you?

Was this an arranged marriage?

Where did you two meet?

What are his best qualities?

Then he said congratulations and everything is in order. He said I should get a call in 10 day from AMEX to pick up my passport!

One confusing thing though: He did take a verbal oath from me but he did not ask me to sign the DS 230 Part 2. And I also forgot about it till I had left the embassy. I hope this won't be a problem.

Hi, I just had my K3 interview and was told that I have been approved.

The interviewer took a verbal oath from me in the start, but he did not ask me to sign the DS230 part 2. Will this be a problem? Did they make some mistake? Should I notify them about this?

Can I still expect my visa to be stamped soon?

I have heard that the new AP which r on for these days r getting less time as compared to previous.

I wanna know that should i contact to congressman or senator for this coz my wife is really not well she is very sick.

Our case was put on expedite request by our congressman, due to a very extreme situation that was almost 4 months ago. We are still waiting. They still put him on AP and told us we have to wait until security checks are done.

We have different situation.

1-My wife is very sick n first she sent the expidition request to USCIS they approved it and transfer our case to NVC.

2-Then again she requested for expidition on the behalf of NVC and they also approved it and sent our case directly to USEM islamabad.They even did not receive our DS 230 AND Affidavit of support islamabad embassy reviewed it and they gave me the interview date coz again this time i sent them request of expidition for early interview date and they accepted it.They were going to give me the date of in the end of NOV,08 but they gave me 10 NOV date.

We have life or death's matter so thats y they took it so seriously.

Now you can compare it with ur case.

Hey Revived, Qasim, Aisha, Mary, Mian & others Friends,

Good News is I got done finally with the AP process on 27th October which i found out on Friday by DOS, but till 3rd Monday no one called from Islamabad Embassy so i made a call myself and he told me to submit the passport which i did today. so let see when they give it back to me.

Any idea how long they are taking? Because i have to be there before 5 Dec.

Would like to thank everyone for being a part of this dark hole of mine as not everyone was in there but it felt we are together and that helped me in staying stronger and to believe what i was going through will over soon.

hi leberal you should buy the ticket from an agent bcoz its too cheap than from an airline office

i mean u can get ticket from an agent for emrates or any kind of airline u want i mean u will get it very cheap

when i got my ticket when i was in karachi i got from a agent its cost me to 52000 Pkrs (866 USD) Emirate for one way from karachi to ohio .and i also ask from an air line they said they gona charge me 63000 Pkrs (1050 USD) for one way on emirates if u need a help then please let me know

my father submit our case in (Jan 18 2002)case when he was a green card holder that y it take to much time my brother case forward to the US embassy in islamabad in(March 1 2006) but when his case was approve he turn 21 i mean he age out over 21 so his priority date not current after 2 year his prority date current in (Jan 3 2008)

his interview was in (April 7 2008) but us embassy islamabad put him in Administrative processing for 6 months after 6 months he got cleared (Oct 13 2008) and he get his visa in hand (oct 30 2008)

so please dont worry loook at my brother case he wait more then 6 year for the visa
