She may or may not be asked about it at the interview. Personally, I don’t think she needs to give any further detail than what is listed on the divorce paperwork as those are recorded facts. Since she was not involved and was not present during the adultery, it’s purely hear-say on her part that it even happened. The embassy is a formal setting and discussing allegations of former spouses being unfaithful does not befit the situation. It’s trashy. Save that for Jerry Springer. The judge did not record adultery as the reason so officially it either didn’t happen or it doesn’t count. Otherwise the judge would have recorded it on the decree.
Stick to facts. Not the gossip. It’s likely the version she had heard from you is somewhat embellished anyway, especially since you are the wronged party.
