January 30 requested we send proof of pending job offer via fax 

January 30 we sent over all information requested

January 30 our case was marked as complete

February 3 New card is being processed

We submitted our I-130 and I-485 and we are wondering how long will it take to get conformation they received it. We did certified  the packet, and it showed that it was received October  22, 2019.

How long does it take to get approve for the I-765 and I-131. We just filed everything last Friday so yayyyyyyy. Now starts the waiting game. 

Can we send I130 and I485 together and pay with one check? If so what address do we mail it to?

What documents do you send with the I-864P form? 

When should we file out the I-693 form. Some told us that we don’t file this until after the interview, because it has to be within a year and if the process is longer we will have to redo it.

My wife has court in the morning and she is an Undocumented immigrant, we just got married and saving money to file her papers, she has a License but she got a speeding ticket and has court in the morning is there a chance she will be deported when she goes to court.

Can someone confirm that these are the fees we are paying? Spouse entered on Visitor visa and over stayed 

1130 fee is $535 

1485 fee is $1225 

1765 fee is $495 

131 fee is $660

Only reason why im asking is we just got off the phone with someone that said they completed the process and it was only 1700. Wanted to make sure the fees are not overlapping.

Yes .. as well as the Advanced Parole I 131 and Employment Authorization I 751. These are few free when filed with the I 485   Without them she won’t be able to work or return to the US if she has to travel until the GC arrives(12-18 months ). The EAD and AP take 4-5 months 

Do we have to file the EAD and AP or can we just apply for her green card?

Sorry i am new at this and wanted to know if we file both at the same time? both are in the US
