    Hey goodnight, where do you get the information for to contact the congressman and ombudsman? Did you get an update?

      I still did not get any update.😞 To contact the congressman, I just googled "senators arizona" or looked up my congressional district and then googled "representative arizona." I chose one, went to their website, picked "services," then "help with a federal agency" and then picked the USCIS or immigration option and followed their instructions. 

       

      To contact the ombudsman, I went to this link: https://www.dhs.gov/case-assistance and followed the instructions they have. 

       

      So far, neither option has helped except to serve as peace of mind for myself that I'm trying everything possible. Feel free to let me know if you have any more questions. I'll do my best to help.

      Aww man sorry you haven’t heard anything. Don’t give up. How long has it’s been now since your noa2 ?

      My case was approved on July 9, 2019. I am currently awaiting a response from a supervisor reviewing my last service request. I received an email on 10/31/19 saying it could take up to 60 days.
