Praise God that this is over, it has been a rough start to 2010 but I feel so much better now the ROC is behind me. My continued prayers are with all who are still waiting!

You can call the FBI customer service at 304 625 5590 and get the status , press options 2 and then 6

What reference numbers etc do you need so they can process your request?

Hopefully but probably they are processing december as well , like my case , they must have picked up my file and saw that the first fingerprints were not proper and they scheduled another one , I was so relieved to hear that the second prints were readable when I called the FBI customer service today

How did you check to see if your prints were valid?

August 35 days

September 26 days

October 33 days

Just as an aside if you average the above you get 31 days based on the earliest approval date currently reported for November (2/11/2010) that should put the start of December approvals around 3/14/2010.

I posted this in the November thread I thought this would be of some help for the rest of us on the December thread.

Any news from December filers ??

Nope we are all watching the November filers with anticipation, also wondering what is happening with October. Hope it is just people not updating their time lines.

Hey, I found first December VSC approved filer in other post!!

He filed 11/30. So, franticsky, you may be the next !!

Oh, his Bio date was 12/17... It looks like you need to wait little bit more...

where was the tread? I looked around and could not find it

well looks like we could be in for another mile stone here soon, there is only one more CSC filer to be approved for the month of December. that means in about 4 to 6 weekes we should see the VSC start

Anyone see that a January CSC ROC got approval today?

Joint bank accounts and credit cards if you have any (probably the most important thing, the one thing they are looking for is shared financial risk).

Joint lease/apartment dead.

Joint Health insurance if you have it.

Life insurance policies showing spouse as the beneficiary

Hi Guys and Gals,

We all on here know the waiting game that we have to play when we file the ROC, and the lack of information you have during that waiting period. I have been watching the monthly forums to see when people report approvals and comparing it to the time lines on visa journey.

It seams to me that the statistics given on the time lines pages are a little optimistic when compared to the approvals that are been reported on the monthly threads. For example we have seen the first few approvals from the months of October yet Today 02/05/2010 the Visa Journey time line is saying that petitions with NOA's dated November 1st!!!

I assume that the monthly posts are probably the most reliable measure of where the approvals are on the time line. What do you guys think?
