Ok so listen, when you get the NOA in the mail you can check it on Case status. There will be an option for you to sign up for email notifications. Do it then and you will be set. Trust me I know they have received it by now! You Good!

Is ur case still at NVC?

Choice of agent form lets NVC know where the benificiary wants all his documents sent to. Most if not all people will choose the petitioner because we are here in the us and the mailing system is more reliable as well as email. I know that this has to be received to NVC once they send it out before they will continue with any other processing so it is pretty important to get it back to them

Thanks a lot! I hope it will be speedy too. Preparing for a lot of patience though! Looking at the timelines it looks like through vermont they are approving petitions kind of fast all of the sudden I mean there are some that filed in October and their petition was approved by November!

The form I was talking about DS-3023 is I got the right number is the choice of agaent form which is very important to get things rolling once you case is sent to the NVC.

Thanks! I see all this mix up with peoples files once it hits NVC! It is getting kind of scary. Also I see some people having issues with their case being sent back possibly becuase of an age difference. Dont know what to think anymore!
