    under administrative review. got letter , 221g docs submission. needed an updated CENOMAR (Cert of Non Marriage Record) . I presented them my old CENOMAR taken yr 2015, but it was not accepted.. and even we are already married for 4yrs and gave them a new marriage certificate taken just this year. they still asked me for the new CENOMAR.. i already sent back my updated CENOMAR together with my passport to the embassy. not sure how long we need to wait for an update from them.

      Hi, Manila US Embassy.. the embassy instructed me to give the said doc and my passport to the courier that they have chosen. its waiting time again. its like an endless waiting.

      Embassy requires the "CENOMAR" (listed in the 5 steps online), even though when married PSA issues a CEMAR (Certificate of Marriage).  Normally they don't want those to be older than 6 mos for the interview.

      yeah, i saw it on the link you gave to us. but i ignored it. coz we thought an old CENOMAR will be accepted. our fault, just too confident.
