i am an april filler, unfortunately i found out about 129f hack just right now, so was wondering if i should still file 129f or is it too late.. just one last question did you file 129f right away ?

Hi, i would still file it. I say do everything you can to help your case. I found out about it late June and was very hesitant. Idid more research and discussed it with my wife and we decided to do it. Im a march flier and i would of done it sooner if i known about it but it is what it is. However I'm not sure if the I129F helped since there is no status update. I will still recommend it as my advice to everyone is do everything you can. Other people does it and might as well do it as well. Good luck and message me anytime if you need help. I will try to help as much as i can.

I will get right on it ! i am travelling with b2 visa to u.s in oct to attend a wedding. I hope the cbp does not drill me if i apply 129f petition, As i just recently applied and got b2 visa where i only mentioned i130 pending.

Also wishing all the luck and loads of blessing for a speedy NVC processing, will follow your journey maybe i will learn more tip on dos and donts for how to proceed from now. 🙂
