    I think it takes about 1-2 weeks to get noa1 after I filled it.My noa1 letter came with the letter to access the online account.So what is your case number in the letter you got after text message?

    Hello everyone, I'm doing cr1 visa now and I got noa1 for 3 months.

    I wrote my middle name with my husband last name in i-130 due to I need my green card show like thar but the noa1 send me only my name and my husband last name.

    I need to know what actually name I need to change in my country for getting ready to NVC process?

    1. My name with my middle name that I wrote in i-130. OR

    2.Just my name with my husband last name that noa1 show.

     

    P.S. I wrote my name,

    my middle name (my old last name)

    and my husband last name

    in i-130 because I'll change it when I back to my country.Now I'm in my country and I would like to change before the nvc process come.So what should I do?

    I was married in the US and I'll change my last name in my country.I would like to use my old last name as my middle name and then put my husband last name as a new last name.All I need to do is write the affidavit to change my last name and give my the US embassy in my country notorize it.

    so how can I write that affidavit?

    Have anyone ever do that,please give an example. 

     I wrote it once and my district office told me it's not enough information.

    IOE just means that once they got the petition at the lockbox and scanned it into the system. They shredded your petition, and sent your petition to the service center of their choice based on whatever policy they got. So now it's digital. 

    You're going to get two letters. 
    1. NOA 1 Service Center Letter look at the bottom left 
    2. letter on how to access myUSCIS with a code.   (They should just combine this idk why they send a second letter what a waste of postage)

    Your petition is in line with everyone else unfortunately the pilot program is over, and there's no more fast approvals.

    Hello everyone I'm doing my cr1 now and I got NOA1 since July,9 2019. 

    Surprisingly,I got case number begins with IOE and the letter is from Nebraska.

    I've read about IOE case but not too much information.Someone said they got NOA2 in 3 months after that but their service center is different.

    I just would like to know that has anyone else got NOA1 case begins with IOE?  and where is your service center? Has anyone got NOA2 already?

    What kind of visa are you doing?

    Did you get noa2? Does IOE take longer or slower than other case? 

    I already did by using my petitioner's information but it still said the receipt number and online access code doesn't match.

    IOE receipts are just the new system they are using to digitize your case file and they still assign it to a USCIS service center. It can be Potomac, Texas, Nebraska if you're a US citizen filing the petition. California if you're a LPR filing the petition.

     

    I assume you're a US citizen who filed and got the Nebraska Service center as found on the lower left of your NOA1. If you just filed today. Expect a year before you get any action at Nebraska service center. (Chicago and Arizona are just lockboxes they sort and then send your file to a service center)

     

    You should have gotten a secondary mail with an online code to look at your case at the myUSCIS site there you'll see the scan of your digitized file 

     

    Please fill out your timeline. It will help us all and especially when you ask questions

    Excuse me but I can't access my online code.I'm trying to do it but the website said the receipt number and the online access code doesn't match so just what I have to do please?

    06/03/2019 sent i-130

    06/09/2019 got noa1

    I'm doing cr1 and I got noa1 from Nebraska dropbox and the receipt number  begin with IOE. I'm trying to find the information about IOE because I'm waiting for noa2 now.So I would like to know

    1. What is IOE? 

    2. How fast it is for case IOE causes some people said it's fast but sometimes they said it's really slow.

    3. My service center who is taking care of my case is Nebraska? (actually I sent to Chicago)

    I've talked about IOE in my country visa group (Thailand) but they said it's new case that just be used last year so they don't have the information.So I need help from this website from every person from every country who do cr1 and got receipt number begins with IOE.
