Also its very weird that they would request an I-134 as it is used for an individual who is sponsoring another individual (ie USC sponsoring their foreign fiancee). Either you are mistaken about something or you need to provide more details about your case.

I am a Green Card holder and filing GC for my family. I am not a USC yet!I have attached the check list they provided along with the interview letter.

Hello All - My family got 221g for I-134 and tax documents. I-134 was not in the check list. Did anyone go through this in Montreal? Any timelines would be great!
