Fraud is not the issue, it's a public charge concern that is being brought up.

I'm not too familiar with that consulate, but it's not one I heard of that has an issue with co sponsors. Somebody else can correct me if I'm wrong.

what if my father makes 6 figures a year? there are only three people in my household.

would that still be a problem?

Your fiance’s name is entered on your dad’s form as the beneficiary, not as a household member or dependent.

Did you even OPEN the instructions?

    https://vn.usembassy.gov/visas/immigrant-visas/required-documents/

Read the K visa section.  Their position:  the officer will determine whether a joint sponsor is accepted at time of interview.

Did you have a Plan B here?

no plan b. why would they not accept it? what are the reasons? we are both the same age. it's not like we are fraud couples.

Only if your joint-sponsor has filed any immigration petition in the past. If it’s not the case, no need to complete this part.

    Hi Josh

Yes. Your mothers information would go in part 1 part. Part 2 does not need to be filled out unless there are more dependents other than her? The section about being wholly or partially dependent on me is also in part 1 so you will have the opportunity to check that part off for your mother.

my mom is unemployed and a house wife. so does my dad check "wholly dependent"?

Your mom definitely has to be included as your father’s dependent.

Not "URGENT!!!". This is not life threatening. The sky is not falling.

I reported the post to remove the link. That contains your fiance's personal information (name + DOB). That is an identity theft issue and this is a very public website.

You may want to remove it form imgur.com as well so nobody else can stumble across it.

that isnt my fiance's information... i took that screen shot from a sample form...

mods, DO NOT remove that link.

  7. Hello everyone, i really need help on this part of the I-134 form.

I do not make enough money (i do have a job), so my father (who is living in the same house as me and my beneficiary will be living in the same house as well) wants to be our Co-Sponsor. He makes alot of money so im not worried about the meeting the income guidelines.

the part we need help is on part 1 and part 2. i have screenshoted the part and labeled it to make your life easier. I do know that both of us need to fill this form, so what do each of us have to write??? my dad is still married to my mom and she lives with us. so does my dad have to write my mom down as dependent???

    thanks
